Terms of service
These Terms apply to the GpuPlus website, accounts, wallet deposits, product purchases, fulfillment, and support. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Effective date: September 17, 2026
1. Service
GpuPlus is an online commerce service for GPU hardware. Customers may create an account, deposit USDT into an internal wallet balance, and purchase products with that balance.
GpuPlus does not provide investment, deposit, yield, financial advisory, or crypto investment services.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. We may restrict accounts, request review, or cancel orders when fraud, abuse, sanctions risk, or abnormal activity is suspected.
3. Product information
We aim to display product name, price, discount, stock, specifications, and condition clearly. Supply, stock, and pricing may change.
If an obvious pricing, stock, or system error occurs, we may cancel the order and restore the wallet balance or offer alternatives.
4. Wallet deposits
Customers must send USDT only to the instructed network and address. Wrong-network deposits, unsupported tokens, mistyped addresses, late transfers, or third-party withdrawal mistakes may be unrecoverable.
A deposit request is tracked only during its active payment window. If funds are sent too close to the deadline, or arrive on-chain after the request has been automatically cancelled, the service may not detect or credit the transfer automatically. When a transfer cannot be verified by GpuPlus, the customer must first confirm the withdrawal status with the sending wallet or exchange using the transaction ID.
5. Shipping, duties, and taxes
GpuPlus aims to reduce unnecessary shipping margin. Import duties, VAT, customs fees, local delivery fees, storage charges, and local compliance costs may not be included in the product price and may be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Prohibited conduct
Fraud, payment manipulation, system intrusion, automation abuse, false information, sanctions evasion, account misuse, and service disruption are prohibited.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or operating model changes. Continued use after publication may mean acceptance of the updated Terms.
