Acceptable use
This Acceptable Use Policy defines safe and lawful use of GpuPlus accounts, wallet deposits, orders, reviews, and support.
Effective date: September 17, 2026
1. Lawful use
GpuPlus must be used for legitimate product purchases with accurate information, lawful funds, and your own account.
2. Prohibited funds activity
Illegal proceeds, stolen assets, sanctions-related funds, mixer-linked funds, fraudulent transfers, and unauthorized third-party wallet use are prohibited.
3. System abuse
Bots, scraping, credential attacks, vulnerability probing, admin access attempts, API abuse, traffic attacks, order manipulation, and price manipulation are prohibited.
4. False information
Shipping, recipient, contact, customs, support, review, and account information must be accurate. Costs caused by false information may be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in account limits, order holds, support limits, review removal, balance review, reports to authorities, or termination.
