Service level agreement
This Service Level Policy describes GpuPlus operating targets for availability, support, deposits, orders, and fulfillment. It is an operating policy, not a warranty.
Effective date: September 17, 2026
1. Availability target
GpuPlus aims to keep product browsing, account access, wallet balance views, and order submission available. Maintenance, deployments, urgent security work, external outages, or network issues may cause interruptions.
2. Support target
Support requests from customers with purchase or deposit history are accepted 24/7. Actual response time depends on volume, security review, shipping-provider input, and blockchain confirmation status.
3. Deposit processing
USDT crediting depends on TRON network state, confirmations, address match, amount match, and risk review. Unsupported transfers may not be credited automatically.
GpuPlus checks TronScan and internal records periodically while the deposit request is active. Transfers sent at the last moment, delayed by the sending exchange, or received after automatic cancellation may fall outside the monitored window. Customers should send with enough time remaining and must verify unresolved transfers on the sending side first.
4. Order handling
Orders move through balance debit, stock confirmation, product review, packing, and shipping preparation. High-value GPU orders may require additional review before dispatch.
5. Shipping
GpuPlus aims to reduce unnecessary shipping margin, but customs, taxes, local carriers, storage, and logistics conditions can affect delivery time and cost.
6. Exclusions
GpuPlus does not provide private wallet recovery, seed phrase management, tax filing, import licensing, exchange support, or support for purchases made outside official channels.
